Tom's participation in the project's conceptual stage ensures that the client's vision is transformed into reality.
Patrick Eagan
Engineering ManagerPatrick manages Iconica's Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical and Structural Engineering teams as well as Geotechnical and Civil consultants. His experience in integrating engineering, architectural and construction disciplines allows clients to target project dollars to areas that matter the most to them. Pat also ensures proper detailing and application of materials and is responsible for the quality of the engineering plans and specifications.
Bob Feller
Architectural DirectorBob works closely with our clients to understand their businesses and help set project goals. His opinions and experience are welcomed by our clients in evaluating options throughout the project. Additional responsibilities include leading the architectural team via mentoring, directing project development and overseeing the successful integration of architectural and engineering design with construction, while encouraging innovation in each project.
Aaron Gibbons
Construction ManagerAaron supervises project teams in the construction of design/build projects. His primary responsibility includes ensuring that project quality, schedule, cost control, safety, and customer satisfaction objectives are met. Aaron’s knowledge of construction, amassed from years as both General Superintendent and Project Manager, proves invaluable when providing construction guidance to project teams during the design process.
Jim Pientka
PresidentJim leads the design and construction teams helping them to capture the client's vision while preventing unnecessary costs. His 25 years of building industry experience and his business education help him to efficiently and consistently meet aggressive project schedules and provide early accurate cost estimates. Jim's involvement during the design of projects ensures that construction will go smoothly.
Kim Frey
Vice President EstimatingKim is responsible for estimates, subcontractor qualification, bidding and critical material orders. His unique background in mathematics and carpentry adds both detail and practicality to his estimates. His detail orientation combines with his experience to develop extremely accurate estimates at the conceptual design stage, allowing owners to make informed decisions regarding the economic viability of projects. Kim collaborates with designers throughout the life of a project to ensure project budgets are met and kept.
Dale Hensen
Vice President ConstructionDale is responsible for the management and direction of the construction project teams. His leadership ensures that project quality, schedule, cost control, safety, and customer satisfaction objectives are met. Dale's depth of experience, with both labor and management aspects of construction, provides expert guidance to project teams to ensure constructability of architectural designs, as well as adherence to budget and schedule constraints.
John Seamon
Architectural DirectorJohn oversees one of Iconica's Architectural teams as well as the Interior Design team and our Sustainable Design practice. He assists clients in the early stages of their projects to help determine site feasibility, program goals and design vision. John is responsible for ensuring the integration of the architectural process with the engineering and construction disciplines. His project experience ranges from residential to resort. John has been published in architecture, interior design and contract magazines.
