Controller

Primary role includes maximizing the return on financial assets by planning, directing and controlling the company’s overall financial plans, policies, and accounting practices while providing direction to a talented accounting team.

Qualifications:

  Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  10+ years of progressive accounting experience
  CPA
  Previous team management experience
  Strong verbal and written skills
  Excellent analytical skills
  Outstanding organizational skills
  Demonstrated success in interpreting financial statements, conducting financial analysis and forecasting
  Architectural, engineering and/or construction industry experience is a plus

 

Architectural Project Manager

Primary role is being a proactive leader who directs and manages our design project teams (engineering and architecture), in collaboration with our construction team, to exceed our client’s expectations. Other responsibilities include: management of drawing and specification creation, client management and marketing skills.

Qualifications:

  Outstanding leadership and mentor skills
  Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  8+ years of experience including 2-3 years of successfully managing projects (developing schematic drawings, construction documents, and specifications for diverse building types)
  WI Registration is required
  NCARB is preferred

 

Director of Construction (Out of area projects)

Primary duties include managing out of area project teams in the construction of design/build projects and ensuring project quality, schedule, cost control, safety, and customer satisfaction objectives are met.

Qualifications:

  5+ years of commercial construction experience
  Previous experience with out of state projects
  Outstanding leadership skills
  Excellent organizational skills
