Controller

Primary role includes maximizing the return on financial assets by planning, directing and controlling the company’s overall financial plans, policies, and accounting practices while providing direction to a talented accounting team.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 10+ years of progressive accounting experience
  • CPA
  • Previous team management experience
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Demonstrated success in interpreting financial statements, conducting financial analysis and forecasting
  • Architectural, engineering and/or construction industry experience is a plus

 

Architectural Project Manager

Primary role is being a proactive leader who directs and manages our design project teams (engineering and architecture), in collaboration with our construction team, to exceed our client’s expectations. Other responsibilities include: management of drawing and specification creation, client management and marketing skills.

Qualifications:
  • Outstanding leadership and mentor skills
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • 8+ years of experience including 2-3 years of successfully managing projects (developing schematic drawings, construction documents, and specifications for diverse building types)
  • WI Registration is required
  • NCARB is preferred

 

Director of Construction (Out of area projects)

Primary duties include managing out of area project teams in the construction of design/build projects and ensuring project quality, schedule, cost control, safety, and customer satisfaction objectives are met.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of commercial construction experience
  • Previous experience with out of state projects
  • Outstanding leadership skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
