The Project

The employees of WPPI Energy live and breathe sustainability and their enthusiasm made us jump on board with the same spirit. If their site wasn’t 30 miles away, we would have ridden our bikes. What we could do, however, is include every affordable sustainable feature in their project. From roof monitors to solatubes and LED lighting to geothermal heat, our team of architects, engineers and construction managers researched, assessed, selected and assembled. We added 25,000 sf on to their office and then remodeled the existing areas to be just as efficient. The result? A very satisfied client with a LEED Gold certified building.
